(Faculty) Gradebook

While most faculty successfully encode their gradebooks under the correct sections and courses, the submission process is not always completed accurately.


To ensure your grades have been fully processed and are correctly reflected in the system, please follow this verification procedure:


  1. Select the correct academic year you taught



  1. Choose the program classification:
  1. Select the assigned Course where your gradebook is tagged.
  1. Double-click the bottom row of the Final column.
To resolve gradebook issues for missing students, we require the student's academic information to locate their record accurately.

Please provide the following details:

  • Student's Full Name
  • Student ID Number

You can submit this information to us through either channel below:

  1. HEIMS Concern Portal
  2. Contacting Tech Support

      We have already added a filter in the system to endorse the scheduling type, and this can be accessed under Settings (gear symbol). If the schedule is already posted: Click the three dots ( ⋮ ) beside the course. Select Unpost Course to continue ...
