How to Enroll in HEIMS Portal

  1. Access the Enrollment Section
    After logging in to the HEIMS Portal, click on “Enrollment” located at the top of the page.

  2. Fill Out Curriculum Details
    Under the “Setup” tab, select your Academic Program and fill in the required curriculum information. Once completed, click Next.

  3. Advising Section
    Your section will be automatically assigned, and your subject loads for the current semester will appear.

    • Select all available subjects shown in your portal.

    • Click Next to proceed.

  4. Submit Under Assessment
    After reviewing your selected subjects, click Submit under the Assessment tab to finalize your enrollment.

  5. Print Your Certification of Registration (COR)
    Once submitted, you can now print your COR as proof of your successful enrollment.
