How to Reset Password on HEIMS Portal

  1. Click “Forgot Password”
    On the HEIMS login page, click the “Forgot Password” link below the login fields.

  2. Enter Your Email Address
    In the space provided, type the email address associated with your HEIMS account, then click Submit.

  3. Check Your Email
    Open your email (e.g., Gmail) and look for a message from HEIMS. It will contain a password reset link.

  4. Click the Reset Link
    Click the link in the email. This will redirect you to the HEIMS password reset page.

  5. Set a New Password

    • Enter your new password.

    • Re-enter the password to confirm it.

    • Click Submit to finalize the change.

  6. Password Reset Successful
    You will see a pop-up message indicating that your password has been successfully changed. You can now log in using your new password.
