How to view Proof of Payments in HEIMS Portal

  1. Go to the “Proof of Payments” Section
    After logging in to the HEIMS Portal, click on “Proof of Payments” from the main menu.

  2. Use the Filters for Easy Access
    To quickly find your payment records, use the available filters:

    • Start Date and End Date – Click the calendar icons to select the date range.

    • Status – Choose the status of your payment (e.g., Paid, Pending).

    • Academic Year and Term – Select the specific school year and semester you want to view.

  3. View Your Payment Records
    Filtered results will appear based on your selected criteria, making it easy to track and review your payment history.
